Additional modules
Additional modules extend the functionality of our base modules. They can only be used in combination with their respective base module.
regasus®hotel
Hotel contingents are organised in regasus®hotel. The number of available rooms per night can be defined in it. Analogous to programme offers, the prices for the individual room types are established in hotel offers. Different VAT rates can be specified for accommodation, breakfast and other price components.
Subsequently, hotel rooms can be booked either by your colleagues in the back office or by the participants themselves through an online registration process.
The set number of available rooms is never exceeded, unless you have defined corresponding overbooking capacities in the contingent. But even then, you retain complete control of the number of possible hotel bookings.
In the reporting functionality, there are a series of appropriate report types which you can use to create booking lists, booking statistics, hotel guest lists, commission accounts and many more reports.
- definition of hotel contingents
- administration of hotel offers (prices)
- administration of cancellation terms
- hotel bookings for participants and groups
- full control over maximum number of possible hotel bookings
- controlled overbooking
- free structuring of notifications to participants about bookings
- additional reports (booking lists, booking statistics, hotel guest lists, commission accounts)
regasus®hotel is a module which complements regasus®event and can only be operated in conjunction with it.
regasus®invoice
With regasus®invoice, bookings are invoiced in the background. This means that invoices are created automatically for bookings, which you can then print out or send as an e-mail. Each participant receives documents in the language he or she has selected. Payments are either made manually or created automatically if a participant pays online. In this regard, the relevant booking data can be exported exclusively into your external book-keeping software (e.g. DATEV, SAP, Sage KHK) and processed further there. You can use the reminder functionality to arrange for late-paying participants to receive reminders or warnings, either by post or by e-mail. All documents created (invoices, credits, payment reminders and warnings) are based on templates which you can structure individually.
With regasus®invoice, you also obtain a series of additional specific report type such as open position lists, account booking lists as well as invoice and payment lists.
- master data o invoice number ranges (impersonal accounts, customer accounts, cost centres, cost units)
- automatic invoicing
- registration of payments
- reminder functionality
- invoice search
- additional reports (open position lists, account booking lists, invoice lists, payment lists)
- export possibilities into book-keeping software
- individual structuring of templates for invoices, credits and warnings in any number of languages
regasus®invoice is a module which complements regasus®event and can only be operated in conjunction with it.
regasus®online-form
regasus®online-form is a user-friendly online registration form which you yourself can adapt functionally and optically to your requirements without programming effort. Adaptation possibilities include texts, colours, fonts and images, but in addition also which boxes should be retrievable online and which payment methods are to be offered.
- adaptable online registration
- open registration (accessible to all)
- closed registration (invitation by e-mail with personalised link)
- show and hide boxes
- rename boxes

- Google tracking
regasus®entrance-control
regasus®entrance-control allows you to verify authorisations for access to the event site and to individual programme points and/or spaces. The preconditions are badges with barcodes and special hardware to scan them.
regasus®entrance-control takes the decision as to whether access is granted or denied on the basis of rules which you can establish for each individual programme point. For instance, these may stipulate that only participants who have booked and paid for the programme point in question will be granted access.
regasus®self-check-in
Allow participants to print their badge themselves when they arrive at the site with regasus®self-check-in. All that they need to do this is to scan the barcode that they have received in advance by e-mail at a regasus®self-check-in terminal. A print-out is not necessary for this, since the barcode can also be scanned directly from the screen of a smartphone.
regasus®certificate-print
With regasus®certificate-print, participants can print their certificate autonomously at the site by scanning the barcode on their badge. Whether, when, how many and what types of certificate are issued is determined by rules and templates which you have previously defined in Regasus.
At the same time when printing the certificate the presence of the participant is logged.
regasus®web-service
regasus®web-service turns Regasus into an open system which enables you to implement your own extensions. The focus here is on individual online registration forms and portals. These can be developed either by your own software developers or by a partner firm to meet your requirements.
regasus®onsite-server
With regasus®onsite-server, you are independent of Internet at the site because you have all data necessary for implementation of your event there. In this way, you ensure the greatest possible reliability, irrespective of whether Internet is available at your event site.
